Change REACTION Coaching™
is in
the business of helping you become the best in your chosen field.
Creating discipline is never easy. A
common misunderstanding about the chameleon is that it randomly
changes its color to blend into its surroundings. The truth is,
these creatures change based on mood, light, and temperature and it
is done intentionally as a way to communicate. Like the chameleon,
you are born with natural instincts. Chances are you currently do
this in both positive and negative ways. Most people use their abilities to find comfort
quickly choosing to simply “blend in”. But for those of us driven
to succeed, we can learn to master our abilities and take specific
actions to “blend out” among the rest.
Are You Coach Able?
Over the years we’ve learned that
there are those who are ready to take on their goals with no
questions asked. While this may be true for some, we’ve also
learned that not everyone is ready to undertake the coaching process
for a variety of reasons. Below is our Coach Able Criteria for
beginning the coaching process. Take a moment to identify whether
or not you are a Coach Able Candidate by reviewing our requirements.
We believe you are ready for the
coaching process if…
-
You have a general idea of what
you want to achieve
-
You have a positive attitude
about change and your ability to be successful
-
You are in good mental health
(not under current supervision of a licensed psychiatrist)
-
You have an ability to be honest
with yourself and others about your strengths & weaknesses
-
You have a track record of past
achievements (personal and/or professional)
-
Have the a desire to
continuously learn about yourself
-
Have an ability to take
responsibility for your actions, without needing to make
excuses
-
You are comfortable asking
others to help and support you in your development
How does the Coaching Process Work?
No two candidates are exactly the sane,
nor do they have the exact same goals. We recognize that our clients
are individuals and we pride ourselves on having enough knowledge,
skill, and experience to customize the process to each person. That
being said, we do follow a basic template for delivering our
services to you.

Vicki Hummer

Companion Manual for the Florida Department of Children and
Families.
Baldwin Sterling – Owner/Director in
Education Industry
“Everyone can claim that they
motivate, inspire and coach. The question is how good is the
message and how well does it apply? Kathy’s unique approach to
helping individuals and groups goes far beyond motivation. She
customizes her coaching style so you can learn to apply your skills
with laser-focused intensity.”
Mark LeBlanc – Account Consultant,
Specialty Risk Services, LLC
“After actively working with Kathy
for only 6 months, I’ve been able to successfully transition my
career to a new employer who met every one of my monetary and
non-monetary demands during our employment negotiations. I could
not be more pleased with the results Kathy helped me achieve!”
Dr. Regina Bennett
entered the coaching process with one goal in mind – to prepare for
a presentation at her annual chiropractor’s convention where she
would be speaking to over 2500 people. Before the coaching, Dr.
Bennett had a fear of presenting and had been described as “shy and
difficult to understand”. After only a few sessions, those same
individuals were amazed at how confident and articulate Dr. Bennett
had become. Her greatest success following the conference, was an
invitation to come back the following year due to her informative
and engaging presentation!

Solutions
Kathy is a unique blend of right brained
dreamer and left brained pragmatist. Kathy had the ability to help
me keep sight of my dreams, but also help me focus on solving the
challenges that I was facing in the moment. She taught me that
there is not such thing as “try”. There is only DO or Don’t Do.
Five years ago I had a dream of becoming a full time speaker. Today
I am the Past President of NSA Central Florida, making my living as
a speaker and author, and an very close to making a six-figure
income.
Kathy's best compliment never comes
from her clients. They come for the people her clients are working
with.

“Janet - I don’t know what you
have been doing, but the changes you have made have caused me to
reconsider our working relationship as one where trust and open
communication can actually flourish. The Janet I knew just 3 months
ago is not the same Janet I’m working with today. I much prefer our
current situation.”
